The price is communicated per week, but I am paying per month. What exactly do I pay and how did it come about?

The monthly price is calculated as follows: The weekly price × 52 ÷ 12

A two-year membership costs € 27.08 per month.

With a one-year membership costs € 31.42 per month.

A six-month membership costs € 35.75 per month.

I still have an active membership for the former Smart Fit. How does the debit work?

For the weekly membership subscriptions from the former Smart Fit, we collect every two weeks. This happens around the 10th and the 23rd of each month.

The 4-week membership subscription fees from the former Smart Fit are collected either around the 10th or the 23rd, depending on when you started working out. In addition, there is a second collection moment in one of the months once a year due to the 13 debits in 12 months (52 weeks divided by 4 weeks per debit).

Do I pay extra for a workout plan?

No, having a training plan prepared does not incur additional costs. This means you can receive a new training plan as often as you want. We recommend meeting with a coach every 4 to 6 weeks.

Do I have to pay extra for live group lessons and showers?

No, our memberships and arrangements always include these (and more) facilities.

For facilities not in our all-in price, such as physical therapy and the sauna, the price is explicitly mentioned on the facilities page.

How does direct debit work?

The direct debit takes place monthly, around the 24th of the month. You always pay your membership for the upcoming month.

Why only direct debit?

We only work with direct debit because it’s quick and easy.

This means you don’t have to worry about forgetting a payment and not being able to get in. And we can keep our price as low as possible because we no longer have to do this manually.

How do I change my bank account number?

Changing the bank account number is easily done in the change form.

When do I get a citation?

If after two attempts you do not succeed in paying your membership dues, we will notify you, regardless of the reason. You will receive a letter, email or phone call from us.

You can transfer the overdue payment to the account: NL17 RABO 01 16 76 94 16 stating your Last Name and Membership Card Number. You can then come exercise immediately.

How can I get back to working out as soon as possible after a citation?

A strange amount has been debited. How is this possible?

A membership can start on any day, but the contribution is debited every month on the 23rd. Therefore the first debit may show an unexpected amount. It’s part of the current month. This way you will never pay a day too much.

You pay your contribution every month, not every week. With a two-year membership you pay € 6,25 per week × 52 weeks ÷ 12 months = € 27,08 per month
