Can I track my progress?

Yes of course! Every member has their own account they can use to log-in on the website or the free ProFit Gym app.

Here you can always review your personal progress, schedule new appointments and book group lessons.

What is the difference between the red and black clipboard?

If you want some extra guidance during your workout, use the red clipboard. This way coaches know they should give you extra attention.

If you don’t need extra guidance, grab the black clipboard. But don’t be afraid to ask questions anyway, we will gladly help.

We advice you to use the red clipboard in the following cases:

  • You just started working out.
  • You enjoy getting extra guidance during a workout.
  • You are starting to exercise again after an injury.
  • You are starting with a new workout plan.

How often should I get a new workout plan?

To keep your workout varied, we advice starting a new workout plan every 4 to 6 weeks. Make an appointment with one of the coaches and they will help you gladly with a personal plan.

Are the gyms equipped with airconditioning?

Yes! Almost every single one of our gyms is equipped with a sufficient airconditioning installation. That way, no matter the weather outside, you are always welcome to come exercise.

Does ProFit Gym have tanning beds?

Yes, you are welcome to come to ProFit Gym for a nice tan!

For just € 2,50 per week you can have ‘unlimited’ tanning. Please read the rules before use.

Are there sufficient parking facilities?

Yes, almost every ProFit Gym location has sufficient (free) parking facilities. You can find more about this on every gym’s page.
