Kickstart with a

training session
If you’re starting with exercising at ProFit Gym, you have the possibility to first personally exercise with your coach twice. Comparable with Personal Training. The first time is primarily introductions and starting with building up a routine in the gym. The second time you’ll have an intense training session together. Oh, and you’ll also get a card you can use to bring a friend to the gym for free!
Swift results from
personal guidance
After the second personal training session in week 1, you’ll start building up and expanding your exercise routine. You’ll quickly start seeing results. This will give you a motivational boost to keep going. After 4 weeks you’ll have the possibility to schedule a personal training session and measurement moment with your coach.

You’ve become a member and want to exercise at one of our gyms. In order to get results, it’s important to build up a routine. We’ll help you with this! Everyone that exercises with us gets appointed their own personal coach. This way, there’s always have a familiar face to exercise together with, ask questions to, set up a personal exercise schedule, or perform a measurement. All without extra costs. Don’t want extra assistance from our coaches? No problem! You can immediately start grinding in the gym.
