Personal training schedules

Our members achieve greater success when they exercise structurally. We’ll gladly assist you in this. Within your subscription, you can have a personal exercise schedule made. We’ll take your personal wishes into account. In this way, a shorter exercise schedule can help to build up a successful exercise habit.

During the first introductions we’ll perform a baseline measurement. Using this baseline measurement we can create an exercise schedule with which you can start working out in our gym. Of course, our coaches take cardio, strength training, and losing weight into account.

You’ve become a member and want to exercise at one of our gyms. In order to get results, it’s important to build up a routine. We’ll help you with this! Everyone that exercises with us gets appointed their own personal coach. This way, there’s always have a familiar face to exercise together with, ask questions to, set up a personal exercise schedule, or perform a measurement. All without extra costs. Don’t want extra assistance from our coaches? No problem! You can immediately start grinding in the gym.
